H.E. Mr. Eamon Ryan, Minister for Communication, Energy and National Resources, Ireland and Prof. Surendra Prasad, Director IIT Delhi in a meeting in the Board Room on 17th March 2010. An MoU was signed between IIT Delhi and Dublin City University in the presence of the Hon'ble Minister.
